The Vendor shall arrive at the event location on or before the set-up time to ensure adequate preparation. The Vendor fee does not include additional associates.* The Vendor is responsible for their equipment, supplies, and any necessary permits or licenses.Vendor Fee: $130 (Includes booth and entry into the event). Additional helpers /assistants are required to pay registration to enter the event.*
If the Vendor needs to cancel their participation, they must notify the Event Organizer at least 7 days before the event date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Vendor's participation in the event. The Vendor is encouraged to carry their insurance for liability coverage.
This Contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
